WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We are a print-on-demand, drop-shipping based company. All orders come straight from our manufacturers and are made as they are ordered. Most items can take up to 7 business days to be processed and then anywhere from 5-30 days to be delivered. Once your item has been shipped you should receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this e-mail within 7 days of placing your order, feel free to contact us and we will find your order ASAP!

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

Because we are a print-on-demand based company, all items will be made specifically to your order. If an item is canceled, the item will not go into an inventory, it will end up being discarded. To avoid products going to waste, once your item has been ordered, it's yours. There is a slim chance that if we are contacted immediately after your order has been placed, we may be able to cancel it before it goes into production.

 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT?

Because we are a print-on-demand based company, all items will be made specifically to your order. If an item does not fit, we cannot take it back because we do not an inventory for it to go back to, it will end up being discarded. Please use the sizing charts before ordering any products to ensure they fit. If an item arrives with a manufacturing error, please contact us and we will look into solutions. We want you to be happy!

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT GENERALLY TAKE?

It depends, transit times vary by country and shipping service. Please refer to our shipping page in the footer for a more detailed list on estimated shipping times.

 

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem)
  • All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations including customs, duties, and taxes.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Not yet, but that is definitely something we will be getting in the near future!

 

GOT MY PACKAGE BUT THERE'S A FEE.

Customs fees are set by your country. We can't control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.

 

WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY LOCATED?

Our home base is in the GTA in Ontario, Canada. All web-based operations, promotions, marketing, etc. are done from here. As for our products, we do not hold any stock in an inventory. We are a print-on-demand, drop-shipping based company. All orders come straight from our manufacturers and are made as they are ordered. This method allows us to save money and operate a low-risk, low to zero waste business.

As of now, we are using a few different companies in different countries to manufacture your products. Most clothing comes from Quebec, Canada, and a few items come from the United States. As for our jewelry and accessories, those from overseas. We would like to eventually operate solely out of Canada, but for now, it is what it is!
